everyone is extremely professional starting with the front desk and ending with the front desk. this location, the only one i have been to, is very clean, very accommodating and very tranquil. i enjoy the variety each therapist brings to the table. thx

Love this place for many reasons! The hours are second to none! The facials are luxurious. I found an excellent massage therapist! The products are top of line as well. I'm picky with all of the above & they fit the bill!
First off if i am writing a review it has to be UNBELIEVABLE! Besides being just a great massage which it was. I usually start wondering half way through "Shoot it's almost over" I said that like twice to myself. I love the feeling that i get what i am paying for. I quizzed him on what muscle he was working on. Kenny was right on all of them. I have building disk's, and sciatica. He hit every spot, and left feeling so much better when i left. The staff there is so pleasant, and helpful. Going back today to see Kenny.
Poorly trained staff. Signed up for monthly facials, called up to cancel gave my information said I was all canceled out. Two months later still getting charged, call up said I need to fill out paperwork to cancel. Nobody told me that originally. It's a scam to get your information so they can auto bill you
So there goes 50$ right out the window. I was hoping to recieve at least a discount something. But i guess it is what it is.
When i was going the service was great. (My complaint isnt with the staff. )My complaint is with there policy. I was in a bad car accident and had to relocate because i needed care. I was unable to afford the luxaries of a spa service.Upon cancelation i was told i had to pay for another facial and had to sign a cancelation form that someone went over with me. Now, i should have read more carefuly but the associate who went over the cancellation with me didnt mention that i had 90 days to use it. Now like i mentioned earlier i moved and was pretty much in no shape to go to the spa. So it wound up expireng and when i called to see what they could do. The only option they gave me was to sign up again and they would comp. my first treatment. I cancled for a reason. I didnt have the means to restart a month to month plan.
Just thought theyd be more willing to work with a former customer especially when i already paid and couldnt help the circumstances=/
