Nice and updated, very friendly, and I would suggest getting the cinnamon roll type thing. THERE AMAZINGLY GOOD!
After a recent renovation of sorts, this place is very modern and fun. Big screen TVs line the lanes and the arcade is awesome. They have Mario Kart! Mario freaking Kart! Only thing they did not seem to renovate is the bathrooms. Still feels like a 30 year old bowling alley in there.
This place is horrible. The lane gouged my brand new ball and no one on staff cared they just filled out a paper and took the ball and said "that will buff out" Paid way to much at this "rip off" place to bowl. So not only did they ruin my ball but now there is no place to bowl for 20 miles because I will never go there again. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. DO NOT PLAN A KIDS PARTY THERE AND DO NOT JOIN A LEAGUE THERE. And , Jupiter,do not sell your business to corporate types who are just here for our money.
You can have a great time here. Chicken wings are really good, pizza, french fries and more. The only thing I don´t like is that you will spend more money than expected in short time unless you already know how much it cost. Other than that is a nice place to relax a have fun with kids or friends.
I called Tuesday at around 1 pm to ask what time their $2 Tuesday special started. The girl on the phone had no idea. She went to ask someone, but didn't put me on hold, so I could hear the conversation. The person she ask told her 6 pm. She then told me on the phone 6 pm. We showed up the bowling alley a few minutes to 6 pm. We were greeted by 3 people at the counter. To our surprise, they told us $2 Tuesday started at 8 pm. At this point I explained to them that I had called earlier in the day(I checked my phone and told them the exact time of 1:07 pm), to inquire about the start time. The response we got was "oh I bet I know who it was." They told us they could not honor the special until 8. Considering that their employees made the mistake, it would have been nice for them to honor it. We were just met with stares from them. We decided to walk out. Not great customer service from anyone involved. Seems like they are under new management and it seems to be a bad thing. Not a way to keep customers. Thanks for ruining our plans.
