I have avoided the dentist for the longest time because I have had some pretty bad experiences. Dr. Ritter and his staff have been amazing! When you walk in you are greeted immediately, and everyone is so friendly. I have seen a few different hygenist in the office and they are all so sweet and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. I had some fillings done this morning and Dr. Ritter made sure I was comfortable and nice and numb before he started. During the procedure I started to feel a little pain, he immediately stopped and asked if I was okay and numbed me up even more! The fillings were done on the front of my front teeth and you can not even tell they are there! I can not thank everyone there enough and for making my experience stress and pain free.
First class operation! Dr. Ritter never pushes treatment if not absolutely necessary. I would recommend him to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
My whole family loves Ritter & Ramsey and our kids actually ask me when we can go to the dentist next! All of the staff are always friendly, positive and personal. Ashley at the front desk is exceptional at her job! Dr. Ritter is very caring, extremely skilled and makes any treatment as painless as possible - I don't even feel the dental injection! I have never once had a bad experience.
This was the first dental appointment where I felt part of a team in the effort to maintain and promote a plan of good dental hygiene for me. From the courteous front desk receptionist, to my hygienist (Jenna) and Dr. Ritter, I was made to feel comfortable and confident in that they would provide great care for my teeth and gums. I wvyingYvonneas given cleaning tips and good recommendation of what products to use to keep up my smile for a long time. Given I have had some past restoration done, I am confident that when the time come to have any updated dental work, they will be the team to do it. My old dentist at Seda dental told me that I need 2 crowns. Dr Ritter informs me I only need 1... goes to show you that cheap is expensive. Super friendly staff and Drs , spotless office
