For the generator, Rich Higgins repaired what a repairman from another company could not - and just in time for Hurricane Irma. I was out of electricity for 4 days, but at least my generator was working properly! if you have a generator in need of service - these are the people to call!
We can't say enough about RAJ electric, particularly Gail who was so helpful. We were on a very tight timeline to have an electrical problem fixed before a sale closing date. We explained our situation to Gail who made every effort to help us solve our problem promptly. The electrician, Lane, was equally as proficient and professional. By the next day, issues were assessed, a permit was pulled, and Lane was back within 2 days to complete the work. Gail followed up by providing great oversight. She ensured an expeditious final inspection by the City which passed with flying colors. Both the customer service and Lane's work product were exemplary. It is obvious this company cares about delivering quality work to customers....something of a rare commodity these days. We highly recommend RAJ electric. 5 stars~!

This is an excellent company! I have used them twice now, once to repair my gas generator and switch panel, and once to replace a faulty refrigerator plug.
I had high hopes when I called their office due to all these great reviews on google but I got someone who said she was new. She sounds a bit sleepy and couldn't answer most of my questions. When I called back a bit later to speak to a supervisor (who may be more experienced) she left me hanging for over 5 mins then told me she wasn't in the office. I have smoke alarms needing attention and had wanted to know 1. Is there a call out fee or 2. free estimates? 3. How much per smoke alarm and 4. Do they have their own in stock or do I have to buy? I didn't get a straight answer to any. Any business is only as good as who answers the phone. Shame.
When I called today for a faulty refrigerator plug I was worried my food would spoil. Gail in the office is an angel, and within an hour or so my electrician was on the way. Same day! How often do you see that? Lane was my electrician, and the problem was taken care of quickly, and all I was charged for was their base rate for a service call, which was very fair. Most important, my refrigerator was back up and running in no time.
Hurricanes always get me thinking about installing a generator and RAJ Electric has great options when it comes to this. Honest, knowledgeable, great service and ---surprise --- great pricing.
