They billed me for more hours than the range they estimated before the job was contracted and more hours than were documented that the techs were working according to my marina operator. I contested their claim/billable hours but had no choice but to pay. In addition, after the install my simrad and total scan was still not working properly and they just said "call simrad". Simrad said to "call my installer". Other than tha, the Technition was professional and the install appeared to be well done.
