I had two wedding rings and an engagement ring made here. It took much longer than expected (5 weeks). We were told a proof mold would be ready in a week and the final would be ready after 2 weeks. We called to see if the rings were done. They said, "yes". We drive 30 min to get there and none of them were done. This happened two weekends in a row. We have the rings now and they look great, but my ring is a half size too small and her rings are a half size too big. I've never had jewelry made before and I'm not sure if this is typical, so I'll give an average score of 3/5.
