I called this moving company for a move on Saturday to accommodate me for a Sunday move, and was surprised when the owner Craig said he could make it happened. He gave me a phenomenally grate price for the move, turned up on time and started the process. Upon evaluating the move onsite, Craig realized that he under estimated the job, but he did not proceed to asking for more money. He instead honored his price, and Craig and his team did an outstanding job inspite of the difference in his estimate. This is a first rate team of guys and I would recommend them highly for any move. This was a very hard job and at the end of the day, I tipped them over 45% for the work they did. I sincerely appreciated the job they did in spite of the rain and the job difficulty involved. Thanks again to Craig and his team!!!
Paid this company to move my stuff but I did most of the work couldn't even get a break on price but organized the hell out of our stuff didn't pay for organization but for moving. He came with one guy that was not up to part and soon expected us to keep doing the work there was no thank you either at the end. He has a bad attitude and verbally abusive to his guy the whole time . Seemed like it was training session. . Just horrible decision to hire a company we're half dead at the end and now out almost $600 . We mentioned we had engagements for the afternoon , bad idea ! Got the cold shoulder the rest of the time. I did appreciate the the organizational skills of the truck and unit but please hire more component help and work on customer service !
Craig, the owner was very responsive to my on-line request and I was impressed how quickly we had the local move scheduled. His 2 movers were very courteous and on-time and communicated with me all the way. I was seriously impressed with the service of A 1 Priority moving.
I was very pleased with my move. I had 2 stops and they finished in 3 hours. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend this company.
Great service, worked with me even tho I only gave a day notice, very reasonable pricing .all around great no complaints.
