Zero customer service. Claim a package Is delivered when it's not. Unreliable.
The only post office in the area where i get treated like a human, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. If you think that the line is long here , you have never been in the Gardens,West Palm or Lake Worth locations.
The day time employee (he wears the Mr T rings) that works here is so very rude and extremely condescending! I thought it was just with me but then my mother in law went in there yesterday and he spoke to her in such a distasteful manner! I cannot believe this man still works here, this is NOT the first time! Everytime I go in there he always has some kind of chip on his shoulder and he'll give you an attitude and then proceed to laugh about it! I don't understand where his cocky attitude comes from being that they can't even keep track of the Mail! I've had multiple cards go missing and he told me to stop putting the mail in the outside mailbox bc people steal the mail! I proceeded to tell him that I always walk my mail inside and he rolled his eyes as if I were lying! Everytime I go in there I have to mentally prepare myself bc I know I'm going to be reprimanded as if I'm his child. It's disgusting and extremely disgraceful! Go to the ups store instead...!
Never answer phone. Makes you feel like a burden. Mail always gets delivered to wrong address!
