Fit me in for a quick tube replacement. It was busy but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very inviting. I've bought 2 bikes from them...more to come!

Very rude. My english not the best and they not patient to listen what I try to explain.

I stopped there yesterday the 13th of March at about 4 PM and purchased a Cateye Cyclocomputer for my Trek Bicycle as I was trying to ride 62 miles today for PAL, It seemed the guy behind the counter had never installed one of these, had a lot of problems making it work and snap in and out of handle bracket didn't leave me with a lot of confidence. Today within 20 miles speedometer stopped working although time of day still worked with in 3 or so miles bump in the road caused the Padrone to come loose of its bracket, Not even 24 hours $54.00 gone in a face cracking instant, Never again will own a Cateye or Purchase from Bicycle World in Jupiter I stopped by today Monday the 14th and unfortunately since item was broken they would not stand behind their sale, Pretty much what I expected. Filled a grievance with my Credit Card company

This occurred in the Lake Worth store but it's a company policy......I could write a novel, but the short story is "stay away". I purchased a 4k Giant ebike which ultimately was replaced by the manufacturer due to defects in the motor. Understand I had to stand on my head to get attention from them to involve the factory rep. Back and forth at least 6 times and problem substantiated by their mechanics every time. When I purchased the bike the seat post was cracked and when I pointed this out it was swapped out. On this new bike, I assume they torqued it according to spec as it's carbon fiber, but again this cracked at or before136 miles as registered on the odometer. Called and asked them to order, 2 weeks later I called to inquire about the part and yes it's in but whomever didn't call me. Drive 25 miles to the store to be told that this is not under warranty and I have to pay for it. They replaced the one on the original bike as that one was cracked upon purchase. Bicycle World's position is that they replaced it once. Are you kidding me, a few days on the road and the seat post splits and it's on me? I have been riding for years and I know the difference between normal wear and tear and manufacturer material failure. I've been in and out of shops for years, mostly with Specialized products and clearly this shop functions below big box stores. I bought an ebike due to health reasons, and I can unequivocally state that doing business with this company is not good for your health.
