Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was shopping for new road shoes and visited most of the shops in Jupiter. The folks at Riders Only were the only ones who actually said hello as I entered the store and showed an interest in helping. I was shown all shoes and they took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of each style with no pressure to buy. While they were switching the cleats from my old shoes they showed me all the helmets so I ended up buying a helmet too. My new LBS!!!!
I am extremely impressed with this new Jupiter, FL. Shop! Once you walk in this store, it will amaze you as to it's size, inventory and, simply put, newness. Even the tools are brand new!! They have a really big inventory of moutain and fat bikes by Norco and road bikes from other manufacturers. The also carry Cat-Trike recumbent bikes, a very high quality brand! I took my TIME road bike in for a "tune-up" and in about a day, it was ready. I look at the very small things when my bikes are tuned and the Zipp 303 wheels were absolutely perfectly aligned! All of the Di2 wires were adjusted and tight. It was like riding a new bike again. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and fun to chat with! A big plus is that this shop is open on SUNDAY's!! Wow, that is really convenient. So, based upon my overall first experience with this shop and the owners and staff, I give them a 5 star rating! Keep it up guys! I appreciate all you did for me recently. It was and is a great experience!

What an excellent shop with excellent people! The ownership and staff at Riders Only could not be more friendly or knowledgeable. Their mechanic skills are unmatched, their customer service is untouchable, their shop is beautiful. On top of all that they are fostering a sense of community around bicycling. They sponsor group rides for every level of riding and encourage you to be the best rider you want to be. I can't say enough about this outstanding crew and shop.
