Called first thing in morning... rented truck. They called back 10 minutes later and cancelled but offered a car. I don't need a car. Rude on the phone and didn't take the opportunity to find a truck. Called north palm location- very friendly and had a truck! For a company that prides itself on customer service ... this was ridiculous!

I truly had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at any business. I arrived to pick up my car at 7am, I presented a gift certificate, 2 hours later I didn't have a car, was driven to another location, overcharged, missed work appointments, and blamed by another representative that it was my fault just for giving the original gift certificate. I was told by 2 representives that I would be at least reimbursed for the gift certificate (which I purchased, but never was reimbursed) and my time for missing 2 hours of work. I've called the office, and they say I'll be reimbursed, 2 weeks later I have yet to see it. To this day, I still have an overcharged bill. LITERALLY the worst experience I've ever had with any company ever!

James and Troy represent Enterprise Rent A Car in a professional, courtesy and polite manner! James provided me with a ride home and spoke highly of Enterprise with a very personable attitude, not to mention time was of the essence and met my deadline! Thank you James!

Friendly and helpful staff. No issues when picking up or dropping off rentals

I called Jupiter Enterprise location to find out if they had a larger vehicle that they could upgrade me to from the one that I was placed in. I drive a large SUV and mine was damaged in an accident not my fault ,so I was looking for something comprable to what I already drive and feeling safe with my children in the back of the car. The vehicle that they Place me in was a Jeep Compass I had absolutely no room in the back for two car seats and a stroller. I was left on hold for over 25 minutes so I decided to drive over to the location while still on hold. I walk in still on the phone on hold and everyone is sitting at their desk doing absolutely nothing. No customers were waiting no one was speaking to other customers on the phone and when I was asked if they could help me I said yes you can take me off hold now that I'm here. Needless to say they were embarrassed and I wasted a trip to the location to find out that they did not have a vehicle available. And apparently customers need to be aware of sizes and not rely on the staff because they tried telling me that a Sante Fe was a larger vehicle than a cimpassioned, I corrected the man and he tried to tell me I was incorrect. Funny due to the fact that I had parked right next to one and the employee points it out and I kindly say.. the vehicle I am drive is parked right next to that and they are the same size possibly smaller. Again he was a little embarrassed. Not fond of this location at all.
