Poor poor poor. Received a new battery that would not work out of the box. Purchased specific charger, would not hold charge on my bike. Communicated on day 32 of purchase after taking battery for testing, and told battery is bad. MX South would not refund per their 30 day policy. What a crock for $150 dollar battery. No telling how long battery was in stock. Would not purchase from this company again. Ever.
Worst customer service i have ever seen...shamelessly insults their customers. I pity anyone who has to do business with these people.

I have read multiple reviews of this seller and I am saddened and disappointed in the level of customer service provided. Even if cases of seemingly honest people, the seller has attacked them unnecessarily instead of trying to help them. As I’ve investigated sellers of bike parts, these reviews have steered me away as if this is how the seller treats its customers and I hope that they begin to rethink their strategy of how they respond to their customers concerns and make things right ... not belittling and insulting them.
poor customer service, very rude and unpolite!! Bought parts on their amazon store, have a very bad experience and left a negative feedback, and the day after i found out that they exactly delete my feedback and blcoked me on amazon i cant leave any feedback for the product that i purschased from them.DONT SHOP HERE if u want a good warranty and customer service support!
