I went to their office today for their special offer of 20 units of Botox at $119, which is great price. I discussed with Robin "1 syringe or 5 needle pricks in forehead" but didn't specify 20 units. (I am very familiar with how the units work.) When I questioned her on using a second syringe, she said she splits syrum up into two syringes because needle gets dull. She obviously thought I was uninformed on units and doubled what I asked for. Then proceeded to charge me for 40 units instead of 20. The $119 offer is good for just the first 20 units; after that you're paying $12 per unit. So instead of the $119 I expected to pay, I was charged $349. Then she throws in the Doctors book for free like she was doing me a favor.
I am a new patient of Dr. Brett Osborn. My wife and I moved to Florida from Maine two years ago. Unbelievable experience!!!! The facility is top notch and the staff is incredible!!! In addition to being a renowned neurosurgeon, Dr. Osborn is a wealth of knowledge in the field of rejuvenating medicine. Even though he has a busy schedule, he spends quality time with his patients and is always available as he provides his personal email and cell phone number which is EXTREMELY rare - NO DOCTOR I'VE EVER KNOWN DOES THAT!!! My overall health and wellness has completely improved under his care and guidance.
My results have been better than I expected and I am impressed with overall experience. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Robin at Dr. Osborn's office.
I had my first experience with botox two weeks ago with Robin Davis. Robin was professional, friendly and it was obvious that she knew what she was doing. The office is running excellent specials on botox at the moment, it is well worth the price you will pay.
Under his close guidance and @ 67 years young I look forward to becoming once again "all I can be".
Look, the office is nice and it was a pleasant experience but I feel totally taken advantage of, lied to and overcharged. In retrospect, I know now the reason she told me she splits syrum up into 2 syringes so she could use the additional 20 units and charge me an extra $250. Now instead of feeling and looking younger, I just feel duped. Very disappointed!
