The front office manager is a B?T?H. This is a racist hotel and they steal money from individuals. The room are mildew and moldy. The rooms are dirty with extremely bad beds. I would not make my dog stay here. They do not care about customers and only themselves.
I checked in with no problems. Got to my room and began having problems with the Wi-Fi connection. I went to the desk 3 times to try to resolve this in the first 20 minutes at the hotel. The manager, Carlos Martinez, became annoyed with me because he was unable to figure out the issue. He made several comments about my phone being the problem. I told him that I never have issues with my phone and began walking back to my room. He then yelled down the hallway that I should just leave the hotel. He called my companies office to "complain" about me. I gathered my stuff to leave and when I opened my room door he was standing directly outside the door attempting to listen to what I was doing in my room. He reiterated that he wanted me to get out and that he also no longer wanted the business of my employer, who rents hotel rooms nationwide on a nightly basis. As I left he arrogantly wiggled his fingers at me and kept saying, "bye bye". I have no explanation for this behavior but I would strongly advise people to not give business to this hotel. I live half of my life in hotels and have never experienced anything like this before. There is a very nice Marriott in the same parking lot that will beat the rate offered at Comfort Inn and it is a substantially nicer hotel and the rooms don't smell like mold/mildew as they do at Comfort Inn.
Clean and comfortable rooms which has a microwave and fridge. Free breakfast that was really good and very friendly staff.
This Comfort Inn is a a new hotel very convenient to the interstate in an area with places to eat. Starbucks is in walking distance next door. Staff was friendly and the rooms are comfortable, clean and very well air conditioned. I would not hesitate to return.
Went here during the hurricane, were stuck here the gm said he would give us a night on him, charged our card twice anyway. The county went on lock down due to irma. All guests were told that they would have to pay another night even though it was the middle of the hurricane and if you were found on the streets it was a 300 dollar fine.
