This hotel is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I have never received the high quality of service either at a reasonably priced "resort" hotel. The second I pulled up to check in I was greeted by a great employee helping me with my bags. All employees were knowledgeable about activities and other things to do in the area. Will DEFINITELY come back!!!
I went to the Jupiter Beach Resort for a spa day with my mother-in-law for her birthday. Our time at the spa was wonderful! The staff was very nice and the treatments (Swedish massages and facials) were great! We also went to brunch and had the buffet, the food and service was very good there also. Would love to go back!
Stayed here for a friends wedding, everything was top notch. Great beach access, beautiful pools and hot tubs and very classy hotel. Would definitely go back again!
Wonderful brunch for $19.95 in the restaurant on Saturdays. The loss of the Palms from hurricane Irma make the beach front look bare but can't be helped. Cheap plastic glasses at the bar are VERY tacky. We were given used washed one. Not very nice. The staff are wonderful.
The service is excellent and I enjoyed my stay. It's family friendly and they cater to your needs. Truly resort style vacationing. The building needs a little refurbishing in my opinion and renovation to a lighter color and feel. The rooms and building look old but well kept. Also it sucked that we couldn't being coolers to the beach or our own alcoholic drinks. I would recommend staying there overall.
