One word !! HORRIBLE!! I bought a house about a year and a half ago and the roof was good, but the only problem was it was done without permits which made my insurance very high. So I decided since I had some extra cash I would fix it this way I could lower my insurance., but visually looked fine with no leaks. I paid almost $11,000$ to have it redone with permits, needless to say by the time it was done it was completely warped and uneven. I emailed office manager Amanda, And her words were we are doing you a favor by pulling the permits and doing your roof. I have never dealt with people like this in my life. She then told me that in my contract it said they were going to remove any damaged wood and replace it. If they would've told me that replacing the New wood and leaving some of the old wood would have left me with a completly warped and uneven roof I would have not done it. I sent her pictures of the final results and her reply was, I don't know why it would look like this. I gave them one simple job and six weeks to do it. They gave me a price and I did not argue I just paid it because I wanted it done once and done right.. The only thing they did correctly it was bill my credit card. Now that they got paid I get no reply to any emails phone calls or text from the owner. I had to take time out of my own vacation to fly to Florida to look at this Horrible job.. I've had two roofers come to my house within the past three days and they told me the same thing (this is horrible and you should NOT pay for this).. Once I told the office manager Amanda I should not have to pay for this she went ahead and told me they would put a lien on my house. So if you're thinking about going with these people. Give it a second thought because I just got hustled out of almost $11,000. And now that I want to put my house on the market I have to figure out how I'm going to do this. If you go on yelp there a pictures.. Then I emailed the office manager Amanda and told her I was going to write a review and take legal action, and that I did not like to burn bridges but I cannot believe how unprofessional they are and how they totally dismissed me after they got paid. She then emailed me and said I was annoying and I called too much.. I'm sorry but when you tell me that your guy is going to be at my house and then someone else tells me he is on vacation, damn right I am going to call.. Then she tels me she wasn't going to deal with me. I'm sorry but I'm paying almost 11,000 for a roof I would like it done right.!! Meaning just as good as it did or if not better. But to get attacked by that nasty animal, i felt like it was dealing with a third grader.. Who does business like this?
Right from the start very prompt, very pleasant and stuck to their estimate, also the work team were pleasant and professional and carried out the repair as explained and when finished left everything clean, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will definitely use them again with any of my roofing problems.

Avoid at all costs. They screen calls with an answering service. Office is always locked up and closed if you try to contact direct. Better hope they do the job right the first time. Do not know where any of these good reviews come from. Very unprofessional operation all around.
