We have rented a space there for a few months my wife and I notified them that we are ending our lease. We have to pay for an additional month since we did not give them 30 days notice. So we paid them and was on our way. We are still getting mail from them that we need to make a payment.
Terrible costumer service! They are never able to answer any questions over the phone and quickly try and get you off the phone to unconvince you at a time that is more "convenient" for you. Bob was very helpful and accommodating when we first signed up, but every other employee I came across has been rude and had no time for my questions; even though I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have given them approximately $3500 or more of my money! I will make sure that the large amount of influential people in my circle are aware of this.
I said we checked out and paid you an extra month, we are not leasing the space anymore. The young man today 8/04/16 told me... it doesn't make a difference you did not put it in writing so we will just keep on billing you.
What non- professional way to run a business.

I have rented from Jupiter Park before, and returned because of the great experience. The staff is incredible; very knowledgeable, as well as helpful and, well, just plain nice! There is a good selection of units, and the staff (especially Justin) is very good at helping you determine just how large (or small) a unit you need. Easy access, plenty of carts to help move items back and forth, and their supply area has pretty much everything you may need. Truck rental is a piece of cake, and very affordable. Thanks, JPSS!
