I continue to use and recommend this location due to the incredible service that myself and everyone that I recommend expresses the property manager Shauna always goes out of her way to accommodate and make both myself and my clients feel very comfortable. In all my years of dealing with storage facilities this is by far the best one ever. one of the main attractions to the property is the cleanliness and condition of both the office and the buildings which the storage units are in along with the outside property
What an amazing experience I had at the public storage in Jupiter. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shauna. She was so nice and helpful. Any question I had, she had an answer. The place was so clean and well kept. The best public storage I have ever been to! I could not have asked for a better experience. Such great customer service. Grateful for this experience!

Where to start? We have used this facility for the past 5 years and each time we come here we are treated like we are at a 5star resort and are welcomed back like a part of the family. The location is convenient and the facility is Immaculate. Shauna, Kristine and her team will make the process easy and stress free by explaining everything you need to know to protect and store your personal items.
